It depends on the pest, product, and treatment area. Many exterior services do not require you to leave. I will give you clear instructions before starting any interior or specialty treatment.
How soon will I see results?
Timing depends on the pest and level of activity. Some results may be seen quickly, while ants, German cockroaches, rodents, and bed bugs may require monitoring or follow-up visits.
Are callbacks or warranties included?
Recurring general pest plans include callbacks between scheduled visits for covered pests while the service agreement is active. One-time services include a warranty only when it is stated in writing for that service. New pest issues, excluded pests, or activity caused by conditions outside the original treatment may require a separate service charge.
